Additional Lab and Imaging Pricing

We have relationships with cash-based lab and imaging providers who offer deep discounts that we are happy to pass on to our patients. These prices are often much lower than insurance co=pays and deductables. Lab, and Radiology prices all reflect an additional 10% markup for supplies/administrative costs. Prices subject to change, pending availability.

Regarding Controlled Substances

Our office and all providers participate in the PDMP (Pennsylvania Drug Monitoring Program). Our providers do not prescribe narcotics or any other controlled substances except for very specified conditions and short term only.

13-19 years $30/month

20-39 Years $40/month

40-65 years $55/month

65+ years $75/month

There is a onetime fee at signup of $150.

Additional charges apply for vaccinations, splinting supplies, bandages, in house labs, urinalysis, or other necessary tests or supplies as deemed necessary between the provider and the patient.

All fees will be discussed prior to administration of treatment with full consent of the patient or an appropriate representative.
