Infusions/Specialty Infusion

High-Dose Vitamin C Infusion

Therapeutic-level vitamin C delivered directly into the bloodstream — far beyond what oral supplementation can achieve. Powerful immune support, anti-inflammatory effects, and cellular protection.

Initial Consultation & Labs Required

High-dose vitamin C infusions require an initial consultation with our licensed NP and baseline lab work before your first session. This ensures the protocol is safe and appropriate for your health history.

What Is High-Dose Vitamin C Infusion?

Oral vitamin C is limited by gut absorption — most of what you take is excreted before it reaches therapeutic levels. IV vitamin C bypasses this barrier entirely, delivering ascorbic acid directly into the bloodstream at concentrations that are clinically meaningful. At high doses, vitamin C acts as a pro-oxidant in diseased tissue while protecting healthy cells, making it a powerful adjunct for immune support, recovery, and chronic inflammation.

Benefits & Indications

Immune System Support

Stimulates white blood cell production and enhances immune response — particularly effective during illness or for immune-compromised patients.

Anti-Inflammatory

Reduces systemic inflammation markers and supports recovery from chronic inflammatory conditions.

Antioxidant Protection

Neutralizes free radicals and reduces oxidative stress at the cellular level — supporting healthy aging and tissue repair.

Collagen Synthesis

Vitamin C is essential for collagen production — supporting skin health, wound healing, joint integrity, and connective tissue repair.

Energy & Fatigue

Many patients report significant improvement in energy levels and reduction in chronic fatigue following a series of high-dose infusions.

Adjunct Cancer Support

High-dose IV vitamin C is used as a complementary therapy alongside conventional cancer treatment to support quality of life and reduce treatment side effects.

Protocol & What to Expect

01

Initial Consultation

Your licensed NP reviews your health history, current medications, and goals. A G6PD deficiency screening is required before high-dose vitamin C can be administered.

02

Lab Work

Baseline labs including G6PD enzyme activity, kidney function, and CBC are required before your first infusion to confirm safety.

03

Your Infusion Session

Infusions are administered slowly over 60–90 minutes in our clinical suite. Dose is determined by your NP based on your labs and goals.

04

Ongoing Protocol

Many patients benefit from a series of infusions. Your NP will recommend a frequency based on your response and health objectives.
